  • At least 5 years of management experience, with the proven ability to manage a small team.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in hospitality or family office settings.
  • Strong analytical, learning, and communication skills, with strict adherence to confidentiality.
  • Technological proficiency, particularly with G Suite, iPhone, and MacBook.
  • Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and vendor management experience.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A flexible schedule and willingness to work different shifts as needed, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and the ability to pass extensive background checks.
  • Readiness for pre-employment health screenings, including physical and psychological examinations and drug tests, and an annual flu vaccination.
  • A willingness to make a long-term commitment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage property projects and vendor activities, ensuring projects are completed successfully and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, identify and report issues, and arrange and supervise staff in resolving issues effectively and promptly.
  • Manage home maintenance, including property upkeep and repairs.
  • Arrange staff working hours and tasks to ensure productivity and coordination.
  • Inspect household staff work, provide feedback, and continually improve work quality.
  • Lead and manage household staff while cultivating an accountable and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee household inventory and ensure adequate supply and organization of household items.
  • Provide reliable transportation for the principals, maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness, and perform errands as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and greet guests.
  • Manage the principals' personal calendars.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements, family activities, and events.
  • Assist with diverse tasks as requested by the principals or manager.
