- You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in MCO coding in a public or private healthcare facility.
- You are comfortable with computer tools and open to working in a technical environment.
- You are curious, rigorous, and autonomous, and interested in contributing to an entrepreneurial project.
- Perform PMSI MCO coding services from patient records while following coding rules and deadlines established with clients.
- Perform coding optimization services using patient records and the client facility's coding.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to refine the artificial intelligence solution and ensure its professional relevance.
- Participate in qualifying the coding agent's results by reporting errors or opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in other operational tasks, such as downloading patient records or improving business rules, as needed by the team.
- A first experience in outsourced coding, an entrepreneurial project, or a strong interest in new technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation is desirable.
