Draft rental contracts.

Manage the properties' administrative and technical matters.
Support the development of the property management portfolio.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe commerciale, vous serez chargé(e) de :

- Visite des biens

- Constitution des dossiers de candidature locataire

- Etude de solvabilité des dossiers de candidature

- Rédaction du contrat de location

- Fixation des rendez-vous d'états des lieux

- Gestion administrative et technique des biens

- Développement du portefeuille de gestion en accompagnement
