About the Role

As a Booking & Reservations Coordinator for Flow’s Hospitality Brand, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and managing relationships with corporate housing providers, OTAs, and other distribution partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive bookings, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer service to our partners.

Responsibilities

Assist in the onboarding process for corporate housing providers, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other distribution partners
Support the sales team’s efforts by building out the necessary infrastructure and identifying new outlets to help drive bookings and increase brand visibility
Coordinate with various departments, including operations, marketing, and revenue management, to ensure seamless integration of new partners and distribution channels
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner agreements, commissions, and performance metrics
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures/SLAS for partner onboarding and management
Monitor and report on the performance of distribution partners, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to the team
Provide exceptional customer service to our partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive bookings and increase brand awareness

Ideal Background

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
College graduate with 0-3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or a related field
Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and distribution channels is a plus
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
