Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working in Trust & Safety, with the majority in Policy roles
  • Experience developing policy for products with user-generated content and 100M+ users; experience in gaming a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to independently drive results
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Strong bias for action and always driving improvements and optimization in teams, tools, processes, and policies
  • Great team leader who hires and develops the best
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and successfully manage multiple concurrent projects
Responsibilities
  • Prioritize high-priority escalations or consultations and make sound judgments
  • Solve complex policy challenges using research, industry standards, and data
  • Stay up-to-date on current policy trends within the gaming industry
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather insights for policy development
  • Respectfully share opinions and be inclusive of diverse viewpoints
  • Become a trusted partner for Epic product teams
  • Engage in a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Hire a team and build out the Policy function
