About the job

Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of quota-carrying channel, partner sales, or distribution management experience, with direct experience managing partners across India, the Middle East, and/or Africa.
  • Demonstrated experience managing distributors, resellers or value-added resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and hyperscalers.
  • A track record of building and running distributor strategy, including partner recruitment, coverage planning, and lifecycle and performance management.
  • Proven ability to run joint business planning and quarterly business review cadences that drive measurable partner performance.
  • Strong remote relationship-management skills and the ability to build trust, drive accountability, and close deals with partners across multiple countries and cultures without heavy travel.
  • Experience owning pipeline and forecast governance, with the discipline to deliver accurate, timely forecasts.
  • Salesforce or equivalent customer relationship management and campaign or partner-program management experience.
  • Comfort operating independently across a broad, multi-country territory spanning different market maturities, from established distribution markets to emerging ones.
  • Ability to represent Redis credibly with distributor and partner leadership across the territory.
Responsibilities
  • Own the distributor and partner strategy for India, the Middle East, and Africa, tailoring the approach by sub-region and partner type while maintaining one coherent plan.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage coverage across distributors, resellers or value-added resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and hyperscaler or cloud alliance partners, closing white space across the territory.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with priority partners and distributors, aligning goals, investment, and go-to-market activity with Redis's growth priorities in each market.
  • Run a regular cadence of quarterly business reviews with distributors and top partners, tracking commitments, pipeline health, and performance against plan.
  • Design and deliver partner enablement covering product, sales, and technical readiness so partners can position and sell Redis independently.
  • Plan and execute partner go-to-market events, including regional roadshows, distributor summits, and partner days, to generate pipeline and strengthen relationships across the territory.
  • Own pipeline and forecast governance for the partner business, delivering accurate, timely forecasts and a clear view of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Define and track measurable partner performance, including revenue, pipeline contribution, enablement completion, and distributor scorecards, and hold partners accountable to targets.
  • Manage the territory primarily remotely, building durable partner relationships across time zones and cultures while reserving travel for the highest-impact engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to keep partners current on Redis's roadmap and align partner-led motions with direct sales coverage.
Desired Qualifications
  • Existing relationships with distributors and partners across India, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and/or key African markets.
  • Experience selling or distributing infrastructure, database, or cloud/software-as-a-service technology.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler co-sell motions involving Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform alongside traditional distribution.
  • Experience launching or scaling a distributor network in an emerging or underpenetrated market.
  • Additional regional languages, such as Hindi, Arabic, or French, beyond English.
  • A data-driven approach to prioritizing effort across a large, diverse set of partners and markets.

About the company

Redis is an in-memory data store used as a database, cache, and message broker. It supports data structures such as strings, hashes, lists, sets, sorted sets, and streams, enabling fast data access for real-time applications. Data is kept primarily in memory for sub-millisecond latency and high throughput, with options for on-disk persistence. Features include replication, Lua scripting, eviction policies, transactions, and multiple persistence modes, along with high availability via Redis Sentinel and scalable partitioning with Redis Cluster. This combination lets Redis power use cases like caching, session management, real-time analytics, and message queuing. Compared with other data stores, Redis stands out for its in-memory performance, rich built-in data structures, scripting support, and mature HA and sharding capabilities. The goal is to provide a fast, flexible, and reliable data store that can function as a database, cache, or message broker for real-time workloads.

Redis hits $300M ARR, named to Fast Company's 2026 most innovative companies list for powering agentic AI

Redis has been named to Fast Company's 2026 list of the World's Most Innovative Companies for defining the context and memory layer powering agentic AI systems. The company was recognised amongst 720 honorees across 59 sectors and regions. Redis provides a real-time context engine that combines streaming data, vector search, operational data and agent memory in a single platform. This enables AI agents to retrieve relevant information across structured and unstructured data whilst maintaining accuracy and speed. The platform addresses common AI deployment challenges including slow large language models, hallucinated outputs and tech stacks not designed for high-throughput, low-latency AI workloads. The San Francisco-based company surpassed $300 million in annual recurring revenue in January, reflecting growing demand for memory and context infrastructure for AI systems.
