Responsibilities
  • Supporting Private Client and In-gallery Events
  • Utilize internally developed CRM database to organize invitation and attendee guest lists and assist with data upkeep
  • Work with Marketing, Client Development, and Sales teams to manage client outreach and RSVPs for select events
  • Upload and organize historic event collateral in internal asset management database
  • In concert with the Events team, perform research on possible event venues and maintain venue presentations and repositories
