Requirements
  • 6+ years of outbound agency sales experience in digital and TV advertising.
  • Existing deep relationships with key decision-makers at independent agencies, and other significant agencies is a plus.
  • Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, DSP, or other online advertising company preferred.
  • Solid understanding of TV buying and measurement landscape, for both linear and streaming; bonus for programmatic advertising experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations and new business targets with the desire to build a new business portfolio from the ground up at a leading technology company.
  • Humble, with high Emotional Intelligence (EQ), a strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus (we use Hubspot, Apollo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
  • Acquire, build, and cultivate new relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders, focusing on independent agencies, including large holding companies.
  • Lead the response to RFPs, new business inquiries, and growth opportunities, including ideation, qualification, and upselling win strategy.
  • Prospect and negotiate new MSA business terms with senior agency executives.
  • Manage and communicate net new business pipeline.
  • Communicate the value of Tatari’s platform and campaign manager through capabilities presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Services and Media Buying teams to strategically scale existing agency sophistication and growth.
  • Act as an indispensable strategic consultant, helping agency partners build a Convergent TV discipline by understanding the mindset of agency performance and growth practitioners.
  • Utilize your product, competitor knowledge, and industry expertise to identify how Tatari’s proprietary approach can enhance client performance.
  • Discuss Tatari’s product roadmap and key industry topics such as Measurement, Privacy, and the rapidly changing TV landscape.
  • Co-host client education and entertainment events alongside sales and client teams.
