Requirements

A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Physical Therapy is required.
A current state license or certification is required.
Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board is required.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
The therapist must demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in the specific therapy discipline.
The therapist must have knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
The therapist must be willing to provide therapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.
The therapist must demonstrate oral, written communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders using therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, movement, and function, and to relieve pain.
Work as a member of a therapy team by providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.
Provide therapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.

Desired Qualifications

A minimum of one year of rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy

Current state license/certification

Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

New grads welcome to apply
