Requirements
  • Professional qualification in Systems Engineering, Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Administration, or a related career.
  • Two to four years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, digital solutions management, or digital transformation roles.
  • Experience managing backlogs, functional requirements, agile methodologies, and incident follow-up.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, technology tools, and automation opportunities.
  • Practical SQL knowledge for querying, exploring, and analyzing database information.
  • Experience with data analysis, identifying information sources, and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of technology integrations, application programming interfaces, and information flows.
  • Experience with Amazon QuickSight, advanced Excel, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Ability to interact with technical teams and participate in solution definition and validation.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements and developments for risk tools.
  • Plan and track incidents, maintenance, and configuration changes to the tools.
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes, identifying optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Explore and analyze data using SQL and corporate platforms such as ADA, ensuring information is available to users.
  • Identify and participate in the design and prototyping of solutions based on artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence, and intelligent agents.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the performance of tools and processes.
  • Coordinate with Business, Data, Technology, and Architecture teams to implement improvements and solutions.
  • Participate in functional testing, data validation, and implementation follow-up.
  • Review and follow up on ARCEs and IRPs in Salesforce, and evaluation engines in Power Curve or Provenir.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent agents.
  • Experience with risk tools and processes in the financial sector.
  • Knowledge of data platforms such as Amazon Web Services and tools such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of data governance, information security, and responsible artificial intelligence.
