Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and inventory, technology, and general industry trends.
Serve as the point person for key accounts.
Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
Communicate promotions and new products.
Use or learn plumbing product knowledge to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.

Crosstown Plumbing is a successful plumbing store located in East Orange, NJ. We are hiring a dependable, friendly counter sales associate to join our expanding team! This role is responsible for assisting customers and clients with the sales process by taking orders over the counter, answering questions, and managing payment for customer orders. We need someone to offer prompt, helpful, and professional assistance to our customers. You will develop your plumbing product knowledge (with our help!) and then be able to troubleshoot issues that arise.
