- An Associate’s Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Paramedic program is required.
- The professional license must be current and up to date.

- Demonstrate compliance with professional standards, regulations, policies and procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Assist with all hiring functions, including selection and development.
- Train and educate staff on proper procedures and client education.
- Lead and influence staff through motivation, leveraging industry strengths, and ensuring productivity aligns with corporate goals.
- Maintain and create trust and respect between team members and clients.
- Monitor and document staff performance and behavior with the support of Human Resources.
- Lead performance-management activities with all staff members, including setting goals, coaching, and career development.
- Identify high-performing employees for development by assigning additional responsibilities that contribute to the clinic’s overall profitability.
- Motivate the team by maintaining a positive work environment and instilling passion in the work.
- Assist with conflict-resolution management.
- Complete training for nutrition infusion therapies.
- Exemplify and maintain standards related to organizational culture and ethical behavior.
