  • Masters Degree or MBA preferred

Responsibilities
  • Develop a vision and build a high-performing team to support best-in-class supply chain efforts and deliver differentiated customer experiences.
  • Create and implement operational strategies that align with Fellow's overall business objectives, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making within the Operations team.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of Fellow's global supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, production, and logistics.
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers and identify and onboard new suppliers as needed.
  • Drive a 5 year supply chain strategy to balance product development, cost, quality and risk.
  • Ensure cost-effective production while maintaining Fellow's high standards of quality.
  • Implement and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure all products meet Fellow's premium quality standards.
  • Oversee quality control processes throughout the supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Proactively identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Enhance Fellow's profitability by identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives across all aspects of operations, while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation.
  • Drive cost downs and efficiencies across our logistics network without sacrificing customer experience.
  • Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and supply chain capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to develop accurate supply plans that support the organization.
  • Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Prioritize customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service and fulfillment experiences that delight while being mindful of the bottom-line impact.
  • Achieve all customer satisfaction targets.
  • Build out and maintain a refurbishment and service program here in San Francisco along with key partners.
