Requirements
  • 3+ years of meaningful work experience in office or facility management

Responsibilities
  • Assist with general office management of our San Francisco office
  • Ensure common areas of the office are appropriately maintained
  • Plan and execute REWS sponsored events and keep events calendar up-to-date
  • Balance multiple requests and prioritize tasks
  • Review, validate, and approve vendor payments
  • Manage contractor and vendor performance
  • Run budgets for office events and special projects
  • Constantly look for solutions to problems and evaluate ways to lead office and facility processes efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners
  • Run ad hoc errands for the office
  • Assist with Special Projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
