- Experience in a customer service role, specifically working on a phone queue, is required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint, is required.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software are required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail is required.
- Handle client questions over the phone and via email without relying on a script.
- Provide eligibility and benefits information to provider offices.
- Enroll new members and clients manually as needed.
- Facilitate requests to the Fulfillment Team to ensure new and renewing members receive an identification card.
- Provide ad hoc assistance with data cleanup in the system and other compliance-related tasks.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
