Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service role, specifically working on a phone queue, is required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint, is required.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software are required.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail is required.
Responsibilities
  • Handle client questions over the phone and via email without relying on a script.
  • Provide eligibility and benefits information to provider offices.
  • Enroll new members and clients manually as needed.
  • Facilitate requests to the Fulfillment Team to ensure new and renewing members receive an identification card.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance with data cleanup in the system and other compliance-related tasks.
