Requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage own workload
  • Able to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines
  • IT literacy, inc Microsoft windows.
  • Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
Responsibilities
  • Day to day scheduling of the PPMs and Remedial work. This includes all work streams from breakdowns, remedials, projects and PPMS
  • Speaking to engineers daily to assist with any on site query this could be looking back at history on jobs, site issues etc
  • Contacting customers to arrange all visits this could be via email or phone
  • Booking all tankers when required on a job with our tanker contractor
  • Arranging PO’s to be raised when hire equipment is needed
  • Booking engineers Holidays and Training on to the planner
  • Putting together the yearly on call Rota
  • Arranging engineers training requirements
  • Working with Project Engineers to ensure their work is prioritised
  • Sending out RAMS either standard or arranging someone else to put some together
  • Dealing with all customer queries which can involve speaking with relevant departments
  • Communicating with each depot daily on when parts arrive, and jobs are ready to be scheduled
