Fresh off a Series B $30M raise, co-led by Declaration Partners and 14W with additional investment from previous investor Charles River Ventures, and new investors Endeavor, Jessica Alba, Adam Grant and others, ResortPass is at the beginning of creating a new category of hospitality.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and strategic Director of Brand Marketing and Communications to shape the direction of and amplify the ResortPass brand as we grow rapidly. As a key leader on the marketing team and working closely with the CEO, you’ll be responsible for external and internal comms, thought leadership, core brand and messaging strategy, and campaign development. Your role will span both building out our consumer brand and comms strategy as well as our B2B and executive thought leadership. You’ll partner with every part of the business —marketing, product, sales, account management, CX— as well as our hotel partners to evangelize what makes ResortPass so groundbreaking for both consumers and hotels alike. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of brand-building and leading a successful comms strategy at multiple high-growth, fast-paced startups, and is excited about the prospect of defining an entirely new category in a fun and disruptive space.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $150,000 - $180,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
