Two years of working experience as a Maintenance Mechanic is required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Must be able to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends.
Experience with 480-volt, three-phase electrical systems is required, including troubleshooting three-phase motor starters and motor control circuits.
Instrumental experience is required.
MIG and TIG welding experience is required.
Machine shop and pump repair experience is required.
Fabrication experience is required.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in plant equipment, systems, and machines.
Maintain and repair production equipment, including pumps, pasteurizers, high-pressure pumps, evaporators, stills, and valves.
Maintain and repair support equipment, including boilers, air compressors, ammonia compressors, thermal storage units, condensers, vacuum pumps, ammonia refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, conductivity meters, and fluid meters.
Handle chemicals used in support equipment operation.
Fabricate and manufacture equipment for production needs.
Fulfill responsibilities and achieve objectives assigned by the Maintenance Foreman and other members of management.

A Fabricator Journeyman qualification is strongly preferred.

The qualified Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, and repairing malfunction of plant equipment, systems, and machines.
Maintain and repair all production equipment: pumps, pasteurizers, high-pressure pumps, evaporators, stills, valves, etc.
