Responsibilities
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across CAO stakeholders by creating and managing a framework for stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with Technology to coordinate Business Process Automation efforts across Investment Services
  • Assist in developing strategic plans and tracking performance against those plans
  • Support culture and engagement initiatives including staff events, training opportunities, team workshops, pulse surveys, etc
  • Lead the implementation efforts of key business initiatives including dashboard capabilities
  • Build strong relationships with the business and functional leaders
  • Be an excellent project manager, capable of organizing and leading projects, “rolling up his/her sleeves” to perform detailed work when necessary, and proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks
  • Effectively communicate to engage across multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority to facilitate partnership and collaboration
  • Be inquisitive and analytical with the ability to gather and synthesize information to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions
  • Be a trusted partner comfortable working to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Inspire and create a positive culture of collaboration and partnership
  • Have the ability to cope with uncertainty and thrive in a fluid fast-paced environment
  • Have at least 5 years of work experience in a financial institution
