Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years directly supporting FedRAMP or federal Risk Management Framework authorization and ongoing authorization activities.
- Experience in FedRAMP, federal cybersecurity or compliance, Risk Management Framework, Information System Security Officer or Information System Security Manager support, security assessment or audit, cloud operations, technical account management, or a related role.
- Working knowledge of FedRAMP, the NIST Risk Management Framework, and NIST Special Publication 800-53, including security controls, evidence, assessments, findings, Plans of Action and Milestones, and continuous monitoring in support of an authorization.
- Experience participating in authorization activities such as System Security Plan or control documentation, evidence collection, assessment support, Plans of Action and Milestones management, continuous monitoring, significant changes, annual assessments, or responding to assessor or agency questions.
- Experience working with or supporting Cloud Service Providers, federal agencies, Third-Party Assessment Organizations, Information System Security Officers or Managers, Authorizing Officials, or other stakeholders involved in federal authorization.
- Familiarity with federal cloud procurement and the relationship between a Software as a Service provider, FedRAMP authorization, agency Authority to Operate approvals, and government customers.
- U.S. citizenship is required; dual citizenship is not permitted, and candidates must provide documentation verifying sole U.S. citizenship status as part of the background check.
- Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, including a background check, in accordance with applicable laws and government contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own ongoing customer relationships after implementation and production go-live.
- Serve as the primary operational and strategic point of contact for customer accounts.
- Advise customers on operational best practices, process adherence, and platform adoption strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during operational incidents, escalations, and customer-impacting events.
- Drive customer meeting cadence, operational reviews, and executive status updates.
- Ensure customers align with operational expectations, service-level agreements, incident response procedures, and change management processes.
- Identify customer risks, operational gaps, or adoption concerns and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Partner with Technical Implementation Managers and Engineering teams to ensure continuity between implementation and long-term operations.
- Advocate for customer needs internally while balancing platform standards and operational scalability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer operations, service delivery, and customer experience.
