Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, consulting, or clinical operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience owning enterprise-grade implementations from kickoff through stabilization, including full ownership of the project plan, configuration, training, and adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic health record systems, clinical documentation workflows, and clinician training.
  • A strong track record in change management and adoption, particularly with users who are new to or cautious about a technology.
  • Active daily use of artificial intelligence tools in one's own work, including large language models, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
  • Ability to present to executive leadership and lead clinician training.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end enterprise-grade implementations from kickoff through stabilization, including the project plan, configuration, training, and adoption.
  • Guide clinicians and administrators from cautious experimentation toward confident daily use, measuring success by sustained workflow integration.
  • Coordinate complex rollouts across clinical, operational, compliance, and technical teams while maintaining alignment and execution momentum.
  • Help skeptical or uncertain users build trust in new artificial-intelligence-driven workflows.
  • Perform hands-on artificial intelligence configuration and workflow consulting tailored to each customer's clinical and compliance needs.
  • Connect implementation, training, adoption, support, and workflow optimization into a unified customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary strategic and operational partner for customers throughout implementation and adoption, working with executives, therapists, compliance leaders, information technology stakeholders, and frontline staff.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in behavioral health, substance use, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or human services.
  • Familiarity with chart auditing, utilization review, compliance auditing, or quality assurance workflows.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as Joint Commission, CARF, Medicaid requirements, and ASAM Criteria.
  • Hands-on experience with artificial-intelligence-powered documentation tools or ambient listening technologies.
  • A background as a behavioral health clinician, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, or psychologist.
  • Experience scaling an implementation function in an early-stage software-as-a-service environment.
