Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of semiconductor capital equipment development programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, establish project plans, and track progress.
- Facilitate communication, resolve issues and risks, and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to streamline operations, enhance quality, and reduce costs. Continuously assess and optimize operational procedures and workflows.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, ensuring adequate resources are available to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with finance, manufacturing, supply chain, product marketing, engineering teams, and field teams.
- Create mechanisms to communicate issues, track progress, and pull resources from multiple business units or functions. Use sound statistical techniques and problem-solving methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOEs), to quickly determine root causes and action plans. Communicate learnings globally to strengthen product packages.
- Provide oversight of customer demos, including defining demo conditions and analyzing results.
- Play a key role in defining product strategy and identifying gaps. Provide feedback to business unit heads on process and hardware improvements to meet customer roadmap requirements.
- Lead the positioning of new semiconductor technologies to customers, utilizing technical information from business units. Interface with customers at key development and manufacturing sites to form strategic partnerships, evaluate new and emerging technologies, and oversee joint development activities or beta-site testing programs.
- Make executive-level presentations.

U.S. Salary Range:
$180,500.00 - $248,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
