Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements documentation and workshop facilitation
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (Quality Management) module
  • Strong testing experience (SIT and UAT), including test planning and defect management
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for requirements between business stakeholders and project teams, reviewing, clarifying, and validating business needs
  • Facilitate and document design workshops and contribute to design-phase deliverables
  • Co-author integration test plans and execute system integration and user acceptance test cycles
  • Track, manage, and coordinate defect resolution with technical and functional teams
  • Support business users during UAT planning and execution
  • Provide onsite support during go-live and post–go-live hypercare periods
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with SAP QM standards and deployment practices
  • Prepare deployment and training documentation and support key-user knowledge transfer
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and quality gates
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and cybersecurity requirements

  • Familiarity with compliance, quality, or regulatory frameworks

Sopra Steria releases 2025 Universal Registration Document with $6.3B revenue

Sopra Steria returns to growth in Q4, net profit up 18% to $336M

Sopra Steria Group reported 2025 revenue of €5.65 billion, down 2.2% year-on-year, though the company returned to organic growth of 1.8% in the fourth quarter. Net profit attributable to the Group rose 18.3% to €296.8 million, with operating margin on business activity at 9.5%. The European IT services firm saw strong performance in strategic sectors including defence, aeronautics, public sector and financial services. AI-related business surged, with the number of French clients launching AI projects rising 44% and AI consultants increasing 50%. Free cash flow reached €340.9 million, representing 6% of revenue. Net financial debt fell 35.4% to €246.7 million. The company will propose a dividend of €5.30 per share, up from €4.65 previously. For 2026, Sopra Steria targets organic revenue growth of 1% to 2% and an operating margin of at least 9.5%.
