  • Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes.
  • Coach and support managers in conducting effective performance evaluations and improvement plans.
  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees.
  • Ensure that the organization's compensation practices are competitive and compliant with applicable laws.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and career growth.
  • Identify learning needs and opportunities for employee development.
  • Stay current with labor laws and regulations and ensure human resources policies and practices are compliant.
  • Mitigate legal risks through effective human resources management and documentation.
  • Establish key human resources metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of human resources programs and initiatives.
  • Provide regular human resources reports and insights to senior management.
Desired Qualifications
