Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful federal sales experience
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage your territory. Create and execute the sales strategy for your assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from pipeline generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Identify and close net-new opportunities by understanding agency requirements across threat intelligence, insider risk, investigations, and protective services.
  • Leverage market knowledge, budget cycles, and contracting pathways to create strategic inroads.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with security, intelligence, and operational leaders, as well as procurement and program managers within federal agencies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning Ontic’s solutions with evolving agency mandates for safety, security, and information sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute targeted campaigns and content strategies.
  • Engage with key federal channel partners and systems integrators to expand footprint and co-sell effectively.
  • Work with the channel team to navigate teaming arrangements, IDIQs, GWACs, and other procurement vehicles to ensure ease of acquisition.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of your territories budgets, acquisition strategy, contract vehicles, and technology trends impacting government security and operations.
  • Stay informed on federal initiatives related to insider threat, executive protection, and intelligence needs to ensure 100% client retention
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Report key sales metrics and strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling intelligence platforms, security tools, SaaS, case/investigation management or platform solutions to the public sector
  • Graduate of formal sales (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) training program

Boeing and Ontic expand Distribution Agreement to include Honeywell Primus Weather Radar portfolio. Boeing has expanded its exclusive Distribution Agreement with Ontic to include global exclusive distribution rights for the Honeywell RDR-4 A/B Weather Radar system and the P440/660/880 Primus Weather Radar family, for commercial customers. The announcement (made at MRO Europe today) strengthens aftermarket support for commercial airliners, business jets and rotorcraft, reinforcing lifecycle support for long-in-service fleets and underscoring Ontic's strategic role as a global leader in sustaining established and non-core OEM product lines - ensuring long-term support and availability for critical flight systems that enable safer and more efficient aircraft operations worldwide. The expanded Radar distribution preserves a single, global channel for new spare parts across a broad installed base - including the Boeing 737 family, 777 and 757, as well as Airbus A320CL, A330 and A340, and a variety of regional aircraft. B&H signs aerospace logistics deal with Ontic

B&H signs aerospace logistics deal with Ontic. Aviation logistics specialist B&H Worldwide, signed a global warehousing and logistics contract with Ontic Aerospace at the MRO Europe exhibition in London on 15 October. Under the agreement, B&H Worldwide will hold over 3,000 items for Ontic and support its exchange programme at its gateways in London, Miami, and Singapore. B&H Worldwide will also provide dangerous goods handling, routine and urgent AOG shipping services, and will track and monitor its global inventory via B&H Worldwide's proprietary warehouse management system, FirstTRAC. Ontic specialises in supplying parts for legacy aircraft such as the Boeing 747 and 777, including many of the planes operated by freighter airlines.
