Requirements
  • Higher education in logistics and transport, or in a commercial field with supply-chain knowledge.
  • A background that provides familiarity with professional techniques and computer tools.
  • A customer-relations approach and an interest in operational work.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • An interest in numerical analysis is required.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and transport operations for several luxury clients while supporting a Senior Key Account Manager.
  • Supervise the accuracy of fashion-house forecasts.
  • Provide support on warehousing topics using a problem-solving approach.
  • Communicate with the different fashion houses.
  • Monitor the implementation of compliance rules and processes.
  • Assist the transport department with client-related topics.
  • Facilitate and support the resolution of transport incidents.
  • Expedite, monitor, and challenge delivery processes.
  • Audit and control transport and logistics invoices.
  • Respond to the Finance and Accounting department regarding costs and invoices.
  • Monitor, alert, and facilitate the resolution of stock issues.
  • Help prepare the budget.
