- Coordinate logistics and transport operations for several luxury clients while supporting a Senior Key Account Manager.
- Supervise the accuracy of fashion-house forecasts.
- Provide support on warehousing topics using a problem-solving approach.
- Communicate with the different fashion houses.
- Monitor the implementation of compliance rules and processes.
- Assist the transport department with client-related topics.
- Facilitate and support the resolution of transport incidents.
- Expedite, monitor, and challenge delivery processes.
- Audit and control transport and logistics invoices.
- Respond to the Finance and Accounting department regarding costs and invoices.
- Monitor, alert, and facilitate the resolution of stock issues.
- Help prepare the budget.
