Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a marketing specialist, or demand generation specialist in B2B software
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results, including pipeline growth and revenue generation, through ABM strategies
  • Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly and self-sufficiently
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales, RevOps, and partnership teams
  • Experience working with a Salesforce and/or equivalent CRM systems, ABM platforms, webinar platforms, and reporting softwares such as Looker
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to cross-functional teams
  • A strong knowledge on demand generation best practices. You consistently invest in upskilling and learning about trends in the industry
  • An attention to detail that is second to none
  • An ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects from start to finish
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies to generate demand, accelerate pipeline growth within enterprise accounts, and meet our growth goals
  • Own the end-to-end execution of ABM programs, from strategy development and campaign set-up to performance tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure seamless execution of account-based campaigns
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify target accounts, personalize outreach, and optimize campaign performance
  • Work closely with the marketing team to build multi-channel marketing campaigns, leverage a mix of channels such as email, paid media, high-value in-person events, advocate referral, and webinars
  • Work closely with RevOps to develop and refine attribution models and recurring reports and dashboards
  • Communicate program results to cross-functional stakeholders
