About the job
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- At least four years of experience with information technology infrastructure skills.
- At least three years of experience creating requirements specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
- At least two years of experience with image engineering, packaging, patching, Active Directory, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, and System Center Configuration Manager.
- Technical knowledge and experience managing large enterprise customers' end-user computing environments.
- At least one year of experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
- At least one year of experience capturing requirements related to internal and external consulting, documenting processes, and mapping current business processes.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Planning and coordination skills.
