Requirements
  • The candidate must be enrolled in a degree program in business information systems, industrial engineering, computer science, data science, digital business, economics/business studies, or a comparable qualification.
  • The candidate should have an interest in digitalization, business processes, and artificial intelligence.
  • The candidate should have initial experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or comparable artificial-intelligence tools.
  • The candidate should work independently, systematically, and analytically.
  • The candidate should be interested in process optimization and the use of new digital technologies.
  • The candidate should demonstrate communication skills and strong teamwork.
  • The candidate should have a strong interest in digital innovations and developing future-oriented solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate artificial-intelligence use cases.
  • Support the introduction, further development, and optimization of artificial-intelligence solutions such as KOSTAL GPT.
  • Analyze, model, and optimize business processes and create process documentation.
  • Support transformation projects, particularly in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Create presentations, management reports, and well-founded decision papers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge databases, prompt libraries, and best practices.
  • Support workshops, training sessions, and change-management measures.
  • Research current trends, technologies, and best practices in artificial intelligence and business process management.
  • Analyze relevant metrics and create evaluations, dashboards, and data-based recommendations for action.

Duravit names Dr Bernt Ketterer senior vice president of strategy and innovation. Duravit has appointed Dr. Bernt Ketterer as senior vice president of strategy, innovation & product portfolio management, effective 1 June 2026.
