About the Team Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our selling partners. SEA and JP Service Operations is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. As a ID Country Operations Associate - Intern, you will support the Quality and Knowledge Management and Training Program Managers in day-to-day business operations and projects administration. You will provide liaison support between in-house and external vendors, identify process improvement areas, and contribute to maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Project Support: Liaise between in-house and external vendors to support the execution and completion of program deliverables. - Root Cause Analysis: Support the Quality Program Managers in reviewing issues raised by teams to obtain the root causes and work with the team to develop appropriate action plans, following through with implementation. - Tool and SOP Optimization: Learn and effectively use a variety of internal tools and platforms. Support the Knowledge Management and Training Program Managers on optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through solid SOP understanding and ensuring operational consistency. - Policy & Process Updates: Stay informed on the latest policy and process changes. Proactively adapt to new requirements and integrate them into day-to-day workflows.
Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree. - Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required to communicate with key stakeholders based in the Indonesian market. - Ability to convey information clearly and follow instructions accurately. - Detail-oriented, organized and highly meticulous in work. Preferred Qualification(s): - Comfortable with digital tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic productivity software. - Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in documentation and process flows.
