- Create structured lesson plans tailored to each learner's academic, research, or professional goals.
- Adapt instruction in real time based on learner questions, project needs, and skill level.
- Assist learners with coursework, research projects, manufacturing and process analytics, or professional upskilling.
- Track learner progress and communicate with students and, where applicable, academic or corporate partners.
- Strong working knowledge of JMP statistical software.
- Background in statistics, engineering, data analytics, manufacturing, quality engineering, Six Sigma, or related fields.
- Experience teaching, tutoring, training, or mentoring.
- Familiarity with design of experiments (DOE), statistical process control (SPC), process optimization, or applied industrial statistics.
- Excellent communication and virtual instruction skills.
- An active or previous teaching credential, especially in special education.
- Bilingual Spanish/English ability.
