  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce analysis or a related field. B2C preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree: ideally in Business, Data Science, Marketing Analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills including managing deadlines, getting alignment, and delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Proven analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • 2+ years of experience with e-commerce or purchasing systems, preferably Shopify & Contentful.
  • Fluent in analytics tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Domo).

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer site experience, the purchasing funnel, and best practices in the direct-to-consumer fitness/whole health industry.
  • Analyze sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product pages, checkout processes, and other ecommerce experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement changes.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to translate data insights into action oriented strategies for optimizing product pages, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze customer data to identify high-value segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Drive changes via Shopify & Contentful including promotional / discounting scenarios & merchandising.
