- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process
- Figma expert

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles metro, hybrid or remote work with travel (15%+) considered.
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
- Lead the design process for complex products and features from concept to launch
- Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and GTM
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
- Conduct user research & experiments to understand user behaviors and motivations

These factories are designed to manufacture parts significantly faster and cheaper than traditional machine shops, delivering flight-grade components in 5-21 days based on complexity. The manufacturing process is enhanced through advanced scheduling and capacity management, allowing for real-time visibility of production and inspection results.
