- One to three years of experience in proposal writing for United States federal proposals.
- At least one year of experience working with information technology proposals.
- Strong understanding of the proposal development lifecycle, including compliance and formatting guidelines.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Assist in writing proposals in response to requests for proposals, requests for information, and requests for quotations.
- Research and analyze solicitation requirements to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to gather proposal content.
- Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and best-practices documentation.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness in proposal content.
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with government contracting and proposal management tools.
