Eljen Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Crew Member to join our Eljen team in Sweetwater, Texas! The Production Crew will handle glass panels and build framework to help manufacture plastics for all of Eljen.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with hazardous chemicals to sanitize and polish glass
Selects the appropriate cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and material to be used on glass and framework
Prepare and use different cleaning solutions to clean and dry various glass services.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
Comply with company and industry safety standards and regulations
Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions
Excellent hand tool skills
Ability to read and calculate measurements.
Excellent time management skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail a must
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prolonged periods of standing and bending required
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
