- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer with a strong understanding of developer needs and preferences
- Solid foundation in software development methodologies and tools

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, or a related field
- Bonus points for experience, in organizing and hosting online and offline events
- Advocate for developer needs and perspectives across Cognite.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, and Content teams across Cognite to improve the developer experience across all touchpoints (APIs, SDKs, documentation, support).
- Gather feedback on the usability and intuitiveness of developer tools and documentation.
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process for new developers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community-building strategy to attract, engage, and retain developers.
- Identify and nurture developer champions and advocates within the community.
- Build relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the developer ecosystem.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to inform developers about product updates, events, and other relevant news.
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure initiative effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on community health and developer satisfaction.
