Requirements
  • Knowledge of AV equipment is preferred
  • Applicants must be outgoing, dependable and be able to provide quality customer service and possess the ability to solve problems quickly and courteously
  • Must be comfortable working in a team setting
  • Must be able to stay calm and collected during events
Responsibilities
  • Main responsibility is to provide technical services to ensure that the event runs smoothly
  • Act professional and provide great customer service to client and attendees
  • Initiate contact with event groups upon their arrival pre-event
  • Coordinate the event’s schedule with the client and share with the rest of the staff
  • Diagnose any technical problems and take the steps necessary to resolve such problems
  • Abide by and enforce all fire/safety rules and regulations in the event venues
  • Maintain an orderly work area as well as ensuring the AV storage areas are organized
  • Notify full time staff when inventory is low or equipment is found not working properly
