Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Computer/IT related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a warehouse environment
  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Server and Active Directory Issues
  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VoIP, VPN, and Cisco/Aruba networking device issues
  • 1+ years of experience with deploying software/imaging using SCCM
  • Experience troubleshooting warehouse device equipment such as RF barcode scanners, label printers, desktop/laptop computers, and other peripherals/devices
  • Experience with technical documentation and presenting analysis to leadership
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
  • A+, Network +, or other IT industry standard certifications are a plus
  • Scripting ability with Powershell, VBScript, and/or PHP is a plus
  • Familiarity with email, FTP, and HTTP troubleshooting is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with Warehouse Operations team to learn workflows and assist with technical issues
  • Troubleshoot technical issues including Windows server, network connectivity, and warehouse equipment
  • Prioritize tickets on ServiceNow for timely resolutions
  • Collaborate across teams to solve high impact incidents
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts
  • Identify and fix recurring technical issues
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and processes
  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership in problem-solving
  • Perform research and resolve issues using a data-driven approach
  • Manage technical projects impacting the local site
  • Assist other team members to achieve goals
  • Provide support to 24/7 fulfillment centers and participate in rotational/on-call shifts
