Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing strategy and deliverables.
  • Manage a team of marketing specialists across all categories and channels.
  • Serve with the Chief Executive Officer as a key point of contact for senior-management marketing decisions.
  • Organize marketing activities and develop and deliver a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.
  • Identify target audiences and positioning.
  • Set marketing objectives, strategy, and action plans.
  • Define online and offline marketing targets to increase reputation, traffic, assortment, and sales.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and brand tracking.
  • Analyze positioning against competitors.
  • Manage the marketing budget and diversify investments strategically.
  • Lead online advertising operations, including display, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, community management, email marketing, and public relations.
  • Lead offline advertising operations, including television, radio, public relations, and events.
  • Manage communication partners, including media agencies, design, and production partners.
  • Analyze online and offline campaign performance.
  • Define and deploy an action plan to develop the organization's presence on social networks.
