Requirements

At least two years of experience in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of metrology and conventional measuring tools is desirable.
Rigor, responsiveness, and adaptability are required.

Responsibilities

Perform part sorting, inspection, and rework operations.
Organize and launch new sorting assignments.
Coordinate the quality controller team by allocating tasks and assignments.
Train new employees on inspection specifications.
Conduct inspection audits at workstations.
Inform the manager about service status and any detected nonconformities not listed in the inspection specifications.

Knowledge of metrology using conventional measuring tools.

Rattaché(e) au Chef d'équipe, vous serez en charge de :

Assurer les opérations de tri, de contrôle et de retouches pièces,
Organiser et lancer les nouvelles missions de tris,
Coordonner l'équipe de contrôleur qualité (répartition des tâches et des missions),
Assurer la formation sur les gammes de contrôle aux nouveaux arrivants,
Réaliser les audits de contrôle des postes,
Informer votre responsable de l’état des prestations et de toutes non-conformités détectées non indiquées sur la gamme

Qualifications

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum en milieu industriel. Vos connaissances en métrologie seraient un plus (outils de mesure conventionnels). Votre rigueur, réactivité et vos qualités d’adaptation vous permettront de réussir sur les postes.
