About the job

- Prepare, cook, and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
- Ensure the location meets statutory and company requirements for health and safety, food safety, and environmental legislation and procedures.
- Maintain and enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client at the school, recommending and implementing regular adjustments and improvements.
- Communicate regularly with the line manager to monitor key performance indicators and financial targets and ensure they are achieved.
- Support and train team members, lead by example, ensure training is completed, and manage performance.
