  • Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
  • Welcome and onboard new clients through the enrollment process.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
  • Answer client questions and provide customer service.
  • Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client's needs.
  • Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
  • Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, client success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, administration, military, or sales is welcomed but not required.
