- Optimize workflows and processes for automated document analysis in incoming-processing operations.
- Continuously capture and prioritize user and customer requirements and convert them into usable results in close collaboration with specialist departments and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality in operations, technology, processes, business functionality, compliance, and security through testing, monitoring, automation, and reviews.
