Requirements
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or professional development/HR tech.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and a transactional sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for SMB accounts (companies typically under 1,000 employees).
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts and marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and showcase the value of Torch’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and high-quality experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on trends, objections, and opportunities in the SMB market.
