- Experience in a creative or digital agency environment, working at pace and volume.
- Deep expertise in retouching, including Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong technical understanding of image editing, compositing, and colour management.
- A strong understanding of photography, lighting, and composition.
- Curiosity and confidence using AI image tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, and Runway.
- A genuine passion for photography and a creative eye for visual storytelling.
- A process-led, detail-oriented approach and pride in precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Willingness to work through repetition, multiple versions, and ongoing refinements.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across cross-disciplinary teams.
- Create and enhance imagery using AI tools, including proprietary tools, and adapt quickly as new technologies emerge.
- Deliver premium-quality visuals for multiple clients as a professional retoucher.
- Art direct and prompt AI imagery, using composition, props, tone, and lighting to elevate scenes.
- Maintain high standards across large volumes of assets while keeping file management organised and workflows efficient.
- Collaborate with creatives and technologists to solve problems, find workarounds, and continuously improve workflows.
- Share knowledge and help upskill the wider team in retouching and AI best practice.
- Work across diverse brands, balancing craft and innovation.
