Requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Minimum of 2 years of data, technical support or implementation experience
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with agile task management systems like Jira
  • Ability to deal with an occasional challenging customer
  • Strong communication skills within a team, between teams, management, and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
  • Data conversion or migration experience preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding that data merges cannot take place during production hours and occasional availability outside of standard business hours to facilitate key migration projects
  • A track record for handling escalated issues appropriately
Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the customer data conversion process to a successful conclusion
  • Consult with customers to help WorkWave understand customer business needs and recommend best practices to enable business workflows
  • Develop, update, and deliver weekly status reports for your projects
  • Work both independently and cross-functionally to champion the success of your customer’s migration process
  • Offer technical expertise and guidance throughout the data conversion and merge processes
  • Handle customer support calls during the post-conversion time-frame
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers to reach successful outcomes
  • Track time spent and help the team develop and refine best practices for quality and timeliness improvement
  • Continually increase knowledge of the software and industries
  • Drive efficiency between sales, implementation, and data engineering hand-offs
