Job Description Summary

The Outpatient Registration Manager II is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front desk operations in multiple multidisciplinary outpatient designated areas with high- volume within MUSC Health Hospital Based Outpatient clinics throughout the Charleston Division. This position is considered mid to senior- level management that supervises front-line registration staff between 15-50+ employees. Under the direction of the Director or Senior Manager of Patient Access Services, the Manager II proactively assesses and implements appropriate processes to ensure that all facets of front-end operations management are effectively addressed. The manager works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, revenue cycle team, access center and staff to ensure timely patient access to care, registration, and efficiency, practice optimization, fiscal integrity, and to foster the delivery of a quality patient care experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
