Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support AI/ML-enabled analytics, predictive maintenance analysis, anomaly detection, operational trend analysis, and data-driven modernization initiatives across the BMx FoS.
  • Evaluate and develop AI/ML use cases aligned to Government priorities while ensuring activities remain operationally safe, technically supportable, and compliant with Government governance requirements.
  • Work with Product Owners, Functional Subject Matter Experts, Help Desk personnel, System Architects, DevSecOps personnel, and operational stakeholders to analyze Help Desk trends, defect patterns, maintenance workflows, operational reporting anomalies, and modernization candidates.
  • Support predictive analytics, automated test generation, operational dashboard enhancement, workload forecasting, and maintenance trend analysis.
  • Protect operational mission support, cybersecurity controls, and Government data rights requirements throughout AI/ML experimentation and implementation.
