  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing organization (experience with a SaaS company is preferred)
  • Understand basic financial and accounting concepts with a business mindset
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for growth
  • Great interpersonal skills with a problem-solver mentality
  • Experience with following defined processes using CRM and ticketing systems (HubSpot and Zendesk, a plus)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Tekmetric launches digital ads and phone tools for 14,000 auto repair shops

Tekmetric, a platform used by over 14,000 auto repair shops in the US, has launched two products to help shops attract customers and manage phone calls. The company unveiled Tekmetric Digital Ads and Tekmetric Phones at its Tektonic 2026 conference in Houston. Digital Ads helps shops appear in local search results on Google Maps and Yelp. Early campaigns show strong returns, with one generating $3,865 in revenue from $381 in ad spend. The product is currently in early access, with general availability planned for summer 2026. Tekmetric Phones, integrated with RingCentral, displays customer history and vehicle details before advisors answer calls. The product is now in beta for existing RingCentral users and requires Tekmetric's shop management system.

The company said the new role shows Tekmetric's commitment to driving innovation and improving product capabilities.
