Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding after-sales services.
  • Manage and resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate service and maintenance schedules with customers and internal teams.
  • Process and track warranty claims while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
  • Provide customers with support and training on product use and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of after-sales services.
  • Analyze after-sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously improve after-sales processes and customer service standards.
